We want you to be completely stoked on your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags or accessories.

  • To start a return, contact us at [support@earthskateboards.com] with your order number and photos if applicable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
Need a different size or model? Contact us before returning so we can reserve the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items
If something arrived damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
